The Avalon team performed the buildout of a 3,200SF office space for a great tenant improvement architect partner, Kieding. The project required full demo of the existing space and incorporated many finishes into the new design. The millwork package represented a significant portion of the budget with custom cabinetry and shelving throughout. Updating lighting, sliding glass doors, and solid surface countertops created a wow factor for the finished look. The Avalon team and Kieding have worked on numerous TI projects throughout metro Denver over the last decade, and we are very proud to have them trust us with their new office space.
This project was originally awarded to The Vertex Companies, LLC, and transferred to Avalon Construction in December 2025.
