Why Avalon

Avalon Construction was founded based on the belief that businesses deserve better when building out interior spaces or working through construction defects.

Too many office tenants, business owners, property owners and property managers have war stories about commercial construction contract delays, excessive change orders, cost overruns, disruptive work practices that interfere with nearby tenants, and shoddy workmanship.

Transparency

Transparency ensures that all team members—from the administrative office to the job site—have access to the same information (budgets, schedules, change orders). Because we value our commercial construction clients’ time and the momentum of every project, we act with a constant sense of urgency, applying transparent communication to foster unity and eliminate “information silos” that can sabotage a project.
