The Avalon team was referred to perform reconstruction services on a multi-building hail claim at The Shops at Northfield Stapleton. The Avalon team’s scope of work included stucco removal and replacement, paint, window replacement, and RTU repair and replacement. A large portion of the restoration was replacing coils on roof top units (RTU’s) and installing hail guards to prevent future damage from hail storms. This was a challenging job as the repairs spanned 19 different buildings throughout an active retail district.
This project was originally awarded to The Vertex Companies, LLC, and transferred to Avalon Construction in December 2025.
