Denver’s Empire Park underwent major renovations to its three buildings. The Avalon team upgraded common areas and business center lobbies with premium finishes, floor to ceiling Italian tile, elevator accents, and glass handrails. Dated storefront doors were replaced and contemporary accent lighting enhanced corridors to ensure ease of use and accessibility to tenants and visitors. The buildings remained occupied during construction and the project was completed by utilizing after hours scheduling and mitigating construction debris.
This project was originally awarded to The Vertex Companies, LLC, and transferred to Avalon Construction in December 2025.
