The Avalon team worked closely with hospital management to optimize the 4,000 SF Medical Office Suite at Sky Ridge Medical Center. The renovation included three restrooms, a waiting area, eight exam rooms, and four provider offices, improving the quality and efficiency of the space. The Avalon team provided responsiveness and seamless coordination with the on-site hospital management team to ensure a seamless project delivery.
This project was originally awarded to The Vertex Companies, LLC, and transferred to Avalon Construction in December 2025.
