As part of a renovation of multiple commercial office buildings in its portfolio, a national real estate owner hired The Avalon team to add popular building amenities and update common areas in the occupied multi-tenant office building. Upgrades included the addition of a 1,600 SF fitness center, complete with a yoga studio, locker rooms, and a full suite of exercise equipment, as well as common area restrooms, and conference rooms. The Avalon team also renovated the Property Management office showcasing building finish options. This project was finished on time and within budget.
This project was originally awarded to The Vertex Companies, LLC, and transferred to Avalon Construction in December 2025.
