The Avalon Team completed a full floor buildout for the Office of the Comptroller on the 15th Floor of a downtown Denver Class A high rise building. The 19,234 SF full floor project utilized a demountable wall system at all office and conference room fronts and integral controls for lighting, blinds, projection, and switch glass at training and conference rooms.
The office included conference, huddle, copy, pantry, lounge, reception, and storage areas. Besides the onsite superintendent, we managed the project 100% virtually due to Covid-19. The project did not experience any shutdowns and we met our deadline and client’s expectations for a successful project.
This project was originally awarded to The Vertex Companies, LLC, and transferred to Avalon Construction in December 2025.
