The Avalon team completed a 25,000SF full-floor executive suites project in Broomfield, Colorado, for Regus. Some of the features included polished concrete floors, exposed ceilings, and edgy finishes providing a modern industrial feel to the space. The corridor light fixtures accentuate the barnwood wall features, digital wallcovering, and brick veneer features as well as the iconic hexagonal carpet. Coworking lounge areas and offices of various sizes meet the needs for both short- and long-term tenants of the space.
The Avalon team worked with an out-of-state designer to deliver this project on time and on budget. Regus is a longstanding client and in addition to this site, the Avalon team has worked on several other Regus properties in the Midwest and Southern US. This project was originally awarded to The Vertex Companies, LLC, and transferred to Avalon Construction in December 2025.
