The Avalon team provided Tenant Improvement services on the third floor of a mid-rise office building in the Denver Tech Center. This buildout is 15,181 square feet and is an entire floor plate for one of the largest radio broadcasters in the nation. The Avalon’s scope included high-end finishes complete the perimeter offices, cafe, conference and huddle rooms, NOC, mail and workrooms, and open work areas.
This project was originally awarded to The Vertex Companies, LLC, and transferred to Avalon Construction in December 2025.
