The Avalon team had the pleasure of providing the tenant build-out for Southern Land’s main offices in Downtown Denver. The project consisted of an open kitchen concept with waterfall solid surface island, full-height glass wall fronts on offices and conference rooms, LVT flooring, and high-end finishes. The on-site team maintained a safe and debris-free work zone in the occupied building, ensuring existing tenants were not disturbed during construction. Avalon Construction’s familiarity with the building and its standards gave our team a unique advantage in delivering another successful project with exceptional results.
This project was originally awarded to The Vertex Companies, LLC, and transferred to Avalon Construction in December 2025.
