The Avalon team performed Tenant Improvement services at Tuscany Plaza, on the sixth floor of this Class A office building for a national client in Englewood, Colorado. The construction required demolition of existing finishes throughout an entire floor of the building (20,000+ SF). The build back required updates to the elevator lobby, creation of a building standard corridor, and build out of a 17,800 SF, high-end office space. The state-of-the art office space included conference rooms with video conferencing, business lounge, service pantry, refresh bar, communications center, etc. Construction was completed over a 12-week period, on time and within budget.
This project was originally awarded to The Vertex Companies, LLC, and transferred to Avalon Construction in December 2025.
