The Avalon team was chosen by Crescent Real Estate to renovate the 1st floor level of the Historic 501 Elm Street building located in the Westend District of Dallas. Built in 1903, the architecture is authentic Brick and Timber. In addition to new lobby finishes, a handicap lift was installed for accessibility. As the 1st floor work progressed the Avalon team was awarded additional work for the 2nd and 3rd floor common areas and a 4th floor Marketing Center.
