The Avalon Construction team was awarded the commercial construction for renovation projects at Marriott Fairfield Inn properties in Tewksbury and Woburn, Massachusetts. The projects included creating an extended breakfast area by utilizing an adjacent guest room, creating new ADA accessible public bathroom space, and converting two adjoining guest rooms into a single fitness and exercise area. The lobby was also re-vitalized with an open concept reception area and welcoming entrance porte cochere which included modifying the entrance ramps. The Avalon team aided in the resolution of a number of design challenges while paying close attention to detail. The hotel ownership group was provided with a state of the art new space for their guests.
This project was originally awarded to The Vertex Companies, LLC, and transferred to Avalon Construction in December 2025.
