The Avalon team completed this 4,300SF medical office and clinic space at the North Suburban Medical Center in Thornton, Colorado for a repeat client, Aurora Denver Cardiology Associates. The photos showcase the suite right off the elevator lobby and on the main floor, so the Avalon team maintained strict and precise delivery coordination and cleanliness. This particular buildout included 4FT wide doorways to accommodate stretchers. Finishes included Luxury Vinyl Tile throughout the space, modern, dark wood and white marble finish countertops. The abundant natural light contributes to the brightness of the space creating a welcoming atmosphere for healthcare staff and their patients.
This project was originally awarded to The Vertex Companies, LLC, and transferred to Avalon Construction in December 2025.
