The Avalon Construction team served as the restoration contractor for Homewood Suites by Hilton Hotel, at their Englewood, Colorado location. Frozen pipes caused damage to the fire sprinkler system, eventually resulting in fire sprinkler pipe leaks that caused severe damage to nearly all common areas and hotel rooms. The Avalon team immediately mobilized a qualified team to work with the carrier to identify the scope of work and provided Xactimate pricing to all parties before work started. The Avalon team completed the project on time to allow the hotel to reopen for a major holiday weekend.
This project was originally awarded to The Vertex Companies, LLC, and transferred to Avalon Construction in December 2025.
