Avalon Construction served as the tenant improvement contractor for 8TWO8 on Broadway Apartments, at their Denver, Colorado location. Avalon provided tenant improvement services to build out the lobby and other shared spaces including the co-working space, the rooftop hot tub/jacuzzi area, lounge area, barbecue gilling station, clubhouse, and game room.
