The Avalon Construction team built out AdAction Interactive for a marketing firm with higher-end finishes than typical office tenant improvement projects. The layout incorporated a dark bronze storefront system for their conference rooms and polished concrete floors. Also integrated were bold, bright colors and furnishings along with dry-erase walls in the open areas, resulting in a very modern look.
While the design is an open office concept, two phone rooms were included for calls that require privacy. Additionally, the client included electronic shades in the design to protect from the eastern sun in the mornings. The project was finished on time and within budget.
This project was originally awarded to The Vertex Companies, LLC, and transferred to Avalon Construction in December 2025.
