The Avalon team performed tenant improvement services for a first generation build out from a core and shell condition; the total project square footage was 16,782 SF. This project was built under the strict Dallas Green Building Program and all aspects of these requirements were met. The design called for an urban rustic aesthetic; which incorporated sealed concrete floors with custom strips throughout the center, open ceilings & corrugate metal panel tiles in some areas, exposed brick, reclaimed wood wall features, custom rope feature with specialty lighting and large custom wall graphics. The floor plan included conference rooms recharge bar, kitchens, reception/ lobby, meeting rooms, and communication center. All of this was built in a fully occupied building with minimal disruption to other tenants. The Avalon team relied heavily on photographs to ensure adherence to the strict specifications. The project was finished on time and on budget.
This project was originally awarded to The Vertex Companies, LLC, and transferred to Avalon Construction in December 2025.
