The Avalon team performed tenant improvement services for First American for their new offices in the Denver-Metro area. Work performed included demolition, framing, installation of flooring, finishes, lighting, and coordination of moving. This project was finished on time and within budget. The Avalon team is working with First American on additional locations.
This project was originally awarded to The Vertex Companies, LLC, and transferred to Avalon Construction in December 2025.
