The Avalon team completed an interior remodel which included demolishing an entire suite and then rebuilding the whole suite with new construction; total project square footage was 8,057 SF. The floor plan included conference rooms, recharge bar, kitchens, reception/lobby, huddle rooms, communications center, and much more. With most of the design team out of state, the Avalon team relied heavily on photographs and video communications to ensure adherence to the strict specifications. The project was finished on time and on budget.
This project was originally awarded to The Vertex Companies, LLC, and transferred to Avalon Construction in December 2025.
