The Avalon Construction team performed the medical office renovation at Sky Ridge Medical Center, a hospital and ER in Lone Tree, Colorado. The space was fully gutted to create a speculative suite showcasing new building standards. Construction included a reception area with solid surface transaction tops, waiting area, nurses’ stations, and exam rooms. This is a repeat client for the Avalon team, with an extensive portfolio of medical office buildings.
This project was originally awarded to The Vertex Companies, LLC, and transferred to Avalon Construction in December 2025.
