The Avalon team has performed tenant improvement contracting and other construction services for a Denver women’s designer fashion boutique. As a repeat client, the Avalon team has worked with this retailer before, and was thrilled to support their relocation to the prestigious location store in Cherry Creek.
At the Garbarini Cherry Creek retail space, from ceiling to floor, we fully remodeled the store to create an industrial modern look that included ground concrete floors, bright colors, edgy furnishings and an open floor plan. Work performed included demolition, framing, grinding the floors, finishes, and coordination of moving and re-using components from the client’s former location to the new location. Tenant improvement made the space and shopping experience posh and enjoyable for customers, complete with a high-end sound system, track lighting and spotlights to accentuate displays on the floor, as well as 5-star mirrors and window treatments. With a very aggressive schedule set by the client, this project was fast-tracked and completed in just over a month.
This project was originally awarded to The Vertex Companies, LLC, and transferred to Avalon Construction in December 2025.
