The Avalon team served as the Tenant Improvement Contractor for the renovation of Snarf’s Sandwiches in Littleton, Colorado. The property needed to be fully renovated in order to fit the Snarf Sandwich brand. The Littleton (Wadsworth) location also features an outdoor patio. Interior renovations included a new service counter, new lighting, new seating arrangements, upgrades to the kitchen equipment, and updated restrooms. The restaurant opened to enormous fanfare, and VERTEX is working with the client on additional locations.
This project was originally awarded to The Vertex Companies, LLC, and transferred to Avalon Construction in December 2025.
